State Supervision

State Supervision programs serve youth who are not succeeding on probation.

Facts about State Supervision

State Supervision youth remain on probation while in State Supervision Programs.
Programs focus on education and skills development to prepare youth for a successful return to the community. Education programs are provided by Youth in Custody staff.
State Supervision is not appropriate for seriously emotionally disturbed and/or violent youth or sex offenders.
